Why This Role Exists

As The Becoming Church continues to grow, so does the opportunity for this role. We are looking for someone who enjoys seeing the big picture, keeping projects on track, and helping a team do its best work. This role helps our leadership stay focused on the vision, while giving our staff a trusted point of contact for coordination, status, and follow-through.

• Track quarterly staff goals and action items from weekly leadership meetings to completion
• Coordinate cross-department projects so handoffs do not get dropped
• Turn Lead Pastor decisions into clear next steps, owners, and timelines

Data and Reporting

• Keep church data accurate and current across our systems (Planning Center, Basecamp, and others)
• Build and maintain a weekly report of key church metrics (attendance, groups, volunteers, and next steps) and an overall church dashboard
• Produce recurring reports for staff meetings, board meetings, and planning seasons
• Pull data on request to support decisions

Office Management

• Own the day-to-day operation of TBC HQ: workspace, supplies, vendors, and facility needs
• Serve as the point person for HQ guests, deliveries, and service providers
• Keep HQ organized, welcoming, and reflective of our culture of excellence
• Maintain HQ systems, access, and key documents
